Materials are managed and processed in accordance with the strict requirements of the Ohio Department of Agriculture and the Tax & Trade Bureau, where appropriate. And, when needed, U.S. Customs requires us to comply with our Distilled Spirits Plants (DSP) and Bonded Wine Cellar (BWC) permits. These requirements apply to receipt, recordkeeping, destruction, and reporting practices. This means that your materials are properly removed from the market and destroyed/recycled to eliminate any possible downstream liabilities. We record each process properly, ensuring a proper paper trail for your corporate records.
